TW Exp Clone
This is a painstakingly accurate tribute to the original TW Exp circuit and it is everything you would expect out of a TW. It really screams! Very touch responsive. Match it with a closed-back Celestion loaded speaker cabinet and you are will take it out of sight. This is a high gain tube amp and will begin to break up nicely around 9 o’clock on the volume pot. Controls are (left to right) Bright, Volume, Treble, Mid, Bass, Presence.
The flame maple was sourced locally (East Tennessee) and really makes these cabinets pop! You can go plain or choose your own design and I will wood burn it for you. The cabinets are lacquered using shellac flakes and grain alcohol and can be natural maple, stained or sunburst.
Available in 15 or 30 Watt versions – All Tube Power! Switching between output choices is as easy as dropping in a matched pair of EL34s (30w) or 6V6GTs (15w). No adjustment required.
